Refunds policy

If you have signed up to MicroEnglish Plus but are not happy with your purchase, then I offer a full money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After this period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, simply email me at info@microenglish.com. If possible, please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.

It would be very helpful if you could also let me know why you’re requesting a refund – feedback is always useful and helps me to continuously improve MicroEnglish.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account.
