Refunds policy

It is really important to me that you find MicroEnglish useful and enjoyable. If your experience does not meet your expectations, I am very happy to offer a refund under the following conditions.


  • Please let me know within the first week of your upgrade - you can contact me by email on I always appreciate feedback, but you don't need to provide any if you don't want to 🙂

  • MicroEnglish offers a variety of payment methods. While refunds are generally possible, some methods are more difficult or even impossible. In these situations, I will arrange with you an alternative method through which to process the refund.

  • In cases where there is a charge is required, this will be deducted from the refund. 


If you are experiencing any technical difficulties which are causing you problems using MicroEnglish, please contact me here to request support. I am happy to offer refunds even in situations where third-party technical issues prevent you from effectively using MicroEnglish.
